1. Digital Products (Courses & Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be issued except as provided below.
Note: All Ableton Live Templates are produced using the latest version of Ableton Live Suite available at the time of product creation. Please ensure compatibility with your software version prior to purchase.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The digital product materially differs from the description provided on our website.
- You encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting attempts.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase using our CONTACT page. Your request should include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant documentation or screenshots.
2. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
