Refund Policy
All digital products sold on ReadyForMasterclass.com are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Before purchasing, we encourage you to review the full product description, watch any available previews, and check the software requirements to ensure the product suits your needs and setup.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We grant refunds only in these specific situations:
1. Duplicate Purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours. Contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase with both order numbers.
2. Complete Technical Failure
You cannot access or download the product at all due to an issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts on both sides.
3. Missing Listed Content
The delivered product is missing specific items explicitly listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. For example, if the product description states "includes 128 presets" but only 100 are delivered, or if a listed bonus item is not included. You must provide a screenshot of the sales page listing and the delivered content showing the discrepancy.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
The following do not qualify for a refund:
- The product did not meet your personal expectations, preferences, or taste
- You found the content too basic or too advanced for your skill level
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You did not achieve specific results (results depend on individual effort, skill, and practice)
- You did not have time to complete or use the product
- You already own similar content from other sources
- Your DAW version or plugin version is not compatible (check requirements before purchasing)
- The teaching style or approach differs from what you're used to
- You misunderstood what the product contains (please read descriptions carefully)
- A sale or discount became available after your purchase

Sound packs are tools to inspire and accelerate your workflow. How they sound in your productions depends on your mixing, arrangement, and creative choices.
Templates:
Project files demonstrate production techniques and provide starting points. They require your own creative input to become finished tracks.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number
- Clearly state which exception applies to your situation
- Provide evidence: screenshots of error messages, comparison between the sales page and delivered content, or relevant documentation
