How Long Does The Mastering Take?
Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours from the time we receive your files but we reserve 2 weeks due high demand for mastering. Rush options are available if you need your master sooner please feel free to contact us.
What Do I Get With My Mastered Track?
You receive your mastered track in 24-bit/48kHz WAV. If you need other formats please contact engineer directly using chat. DDP images available on request (extra costs applied).

Yes! Check out our portfolio section to hear examples across various genres. You can also request specific genre examples.
How much is the credit from Feedback Worth?
You can submit Original and Extended Mix. If you need any other versions please talk to engineer via chat.
How many track versions/edits can I submit?
You can submit Radio/Original Mix and Extended Mix of your track. Since we are using Hardware and extensive automations each version is mastered separately. Price per Track includes mastering of Original Mix and Extended Mix of your track only. If you need more versions (ex. Instrumental Mix) please talk to the Mastering Engineer Via Chat.
What counts as Version/Edit of my track?
Version of same track is the version where the track sound exactly the same but it has different lengths like Radio Edit which is also called Original Mix and Extended Mix. Instrumental mix where you muted vocals and bounced/exported your track also counts as version of the same track. Remixes or any other track versions where you reproduced any part of the track in a different way (ex. tempo changes, new kick and Bass, different percussion or any other slight change to the original track) counts as a new track and must be mastered separately.
