At Ready For Masterclass, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our digital products, which include online courses and downloadable content, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Digital Products (Courses & Downloads)
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to online courses and downloadable content, are final. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Note: All Ableton Live Templates are produced/made in the latest version of Ableton Live Suite released at the time of the creation/release of every new product.
2. Exceptions
We understand that there may be extraordinary circumstances that require special consideration. Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The digital product was not as described on our website.
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the product, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase using our CONTACT page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
